MOLLYMOOK GOLF CLUB - CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR MEMBERS, GUESTS AND VISITORS 

In accordance with the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) and the Registered Clubs Act 1976 (NSW), all patrons entering Mollymook Golf Club must agree to the following Conditions of Entry.

1. Proof of Identity

  • Patrons must present valid photo identification upon request. Acceptable forms include:

    • Current Australian Driver Licence

    • Proof of Age Card

    • Passport

    • NSW Digital Driver Licence

  • Club members must present a valid membership card on entry.

2. Dress Code

All patrons must abide by our Dress Regulations. Appearance must be clean and tidy at all times. Door staff reserve the right to refuse entry in all matters relating to Dress Regulations. The following dress is not permitted:

  • Swimwear

  • Bare feet

  • Offensive or obscene clothing

  • Gang patches/colours or affiliated attire

  • Untidy or dirty clothing

3. Entry Restrictions

Entry is not permitted to:

  • Persons who are intoxicated, disorderly, or under the influence of drugs

  • Persons subject to a banning notice, whether issued by the club or police

  • Persons under 18 years of age, unless accompanied by a responsible adult and permitted under the law

4. Surveillance and Security

  • The premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of patrons and staff.

  • Staff are authorised to enforce conditions of entry and may remove individuals breaching these conditions.

5. Behaviour Standards

Patrons must:

  • Comply with all directions given by club staff or security personnel

  • Refrain from offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour

  • Not engage in illegal or anti-social activities

6. Smoking

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas, in accordance with NSW Smoke-free Environment Act 2000.

  • Patrons must comply with signage and instructions regarding smoking zones.

7. COVID-19 Safety (if applicable)

  • Patrons may be required to comply with public health orders, including:

    • QR code check-ins

    • Capacity restrictions

    • Mask wearing or vaccination requirements

8. Right of Refusal

Management and staff reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any person without providing a reason

  • Remove any person from the premises

  • Amend these conditions at any time to comply with legislation or policy

By entering these premises, you agree to comply with these Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the club.
