GAMING HOST

Mollymook Golf Club is currently seeking suitably qualified and motivated applicants for Gaming Hosts to join our friendly and professional team. We are a busy venue overlooking beautiful Mollymook Beach.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent and high quality standard of service to all members and guests with the outcome of providing positive customer experience

• Actively monitoring gaming compliance when on shift and reporting any issues to the Operations Supervisor and Duty Managers.

• Deal with member or guest complaints.

• Maintain control overall cash management (including main float and tills) and ensure staff adheres to security procedures when handling cash.

• Conduct staff training in accordance with gaming policy and procedure.

• All service areas and surrounding areas are to be kept impeccably clean at all times.

Main Requirements

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RSG) certificate.

• Current Police Check certificate

• Proven success in hospitality with experience in Gaming

• Good presentation and attention to detail

• The ability to work within a team environment and motivate others

• Amazing communication skills 

Must be available for a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
