The Beachside Clubhouse has a variety of options for your next function. Whether it is a wedding for 250, an awards night for 100, a family birthday for 50 or a small seminar for 12, Beachside can cater to your needs.
For large functions (up to 300 people), there’s the auditorium. Our auditorium has recently been equipped with state-of-the-art sound equipment and all new wedding decorations. Perfect for the large function, the balcony adjoining the auditorium is just the spot to catch some fresh air. Add to that, a large stage and ample dance floor space, and you have everything you could require for your next celebration. Our function department is well experienced in catering for large numbers, so call in, check out the facilities and book your next large function at the Mollymook Golf Club auditorium.
The auditorium can also be divided in half for that smaller group. A seminar for 50, a wake, a birthday bash, you name it, we’ll sort out a package to suit your needs ……and budget.
As well as the private and self catering auditorium, there’s also the outdoor BBQ area as an option. Situated on the lower level of the Beachside Clubhouse, this outdoor dining area is perfect for a birthday or engagement party, family reunion or any function suitable for the outdoors. What could be better than mixing with family and friends just a few metres from Mollymook Beach.
Sails have been erected over this area which will make it an all weather venue, perfect if the sun is beating down, divine dining under the stars, or dry and secure if the weather’s not ideal.

FUNCTIONS @ HILLTOP
The Hilltop Clubhouse has become one of the most popular locations for functions in the District. Comfortably seating 120 people, Hilltop is yours for the evening. The privacy of having the clubhouse to yourself and ample car parking space are just a couple of the factors that make Hilltop the perfect choice for your wedding or next evening function. The function room at Hilltop has superb views across the picturesque 18 hole golf course to the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean. Why not have your wedding photo’s taken out on the course?
Hilltop’s reputation for fine dining is well deserved and menu’s can be designed to cater for all tastes and budgets. Whether it’s a cocktail party, a beautifully presented buffet or a three course formal meal you’re after, then Hilltop’s the spot. Hilltop has full bar facilities and a comprehensive wine list to complement any menu. The Function team will set your mind at ease by tailoring a reception or party to satisfy your every wish.
The second function room at Hilltop is known as the Spike Bar. A long rectangular room, the Spike Bar is ideal for seminars, workshops or meetings for up to 30 people. The Club also has the necessary audio-visual equipment to make your next presentation a success. Again, we can cater to your needs with options including a light lunch of sandwiches, foccacias and fruit or a BBQ out the balcony. You tell us what you want and let us do the rest.
