WAVES BISTRO

Waves Bistro is situated on the lower level of the Beachside Clubhouse with a view that would rival any on the east coast of Australia. Members and guests can sit inside throughout the year. Or in the warmer months guests dine in the al fresco style courtyard or just relax with a cold drink.

The menu serves up a delicious range of fresh local seafood, prime cuts of lamb, beef and pork, your favourite pasta dish or a scrumptious schnitzel. Open 7 days for lunch and dinner, bring the children along too as they are catered for with the children’s menu.

Then there’s the comprehensive selection of wines and cocktails to complement any meal choice. Or if it’s a spirit or soft drink you’re after, the fully stocked Cocktail Bar will satisfy any thirst.

OCEAN VIEW COFFEE LOUNGE
So named because of …….you guessed it……. the VIEW! The view is so good; we put a telescope out for our guests to take it all in. Grab a coffee while you watch the dolphins at play or witness the whales put on a display during their annual visit (July – October). Whether it’s a cappuccino, hot chocolate or tea you’re after, there is no better place to enjoy a hot drink. Cookies and cakes are a specialty too.

If it’s a light lunch you require, there’s a fantastic selection of sandwiches, foccacia , quiches or our famous melts. We also cater for vegetarians and siliacs.

And all this is enjoyed in a No-Smoking environment.
